I loveeee PEONYX! The instructors are all incredible and really push you to be your best, most active self. They are all really attentive to any injuries and provide clear instructions for an effective and fun class. Its been two months and I feel and see a difference already ????????

I started Reformer Group Pilates at the beginning of October with the hopes of finding a low impact workout, due to a long-time knee injury. PEONYX has been amazing and very accomdatting to said injury. I have enjoyed the regular classes as well as the Apprentice classes and the flexibilty of schedules, especially the late night time slots. Every instructor has taken the time to learn about my physical limitations and has provided alternate moves in each class, I would highly recommend this fun and friendly studio!

I have been attending this studio since they opened. Prior to attending Peonyx, I had tried other studios in Toronto. Peonyx was by far the best overall. They offer different class and strength levels which allows me to pick the type of workout I want that week. Each instructor brings a different and unique approach, so that no class is the same. I prefer the advanced level classes which challenges my core and strength each time while enjoying the class overall. No matter which instructor I am with, they are always paying attention and reminding the class about proper form, correcting and providing modifications where needed. I am excited every time I get there and love the level 3 classes with Sabina. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I am so happy I found the school and completely addicted.

The prettiest place to do reformer Pilates!! The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and very warm and welcoming. I have been doing personal sessions with Sabina, and she is fantastic!!! I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness and wellness journey.. they’re truly the BEST!

I was new to Pilates but all the instructors made all the classes easy to follow and still challenging enough to get a good sweat. I love how small the class size is. The instructor is able to give each person attention, making sure that the movements are done correctly. Highly recommend trying Peonyx!
